DISPOWEB – Web-based resource scheduling

The aim of the project was to develop a web-based application for the digital scheduling of assignments in care facilities, hospitals, etc.
DISPOWEB replaces telephone contact with the hotline with an intuitive web solution to reduce waiting times for nursing staff and make coordination of assignments more efficient.

The application offers a wide range of powerful functions to support operations management. Assignments are ordered via interactive masks that are connected to external APIs and enable automatic data transfer to the scheduling system. A clear assignment overview shows the current status in real time and allows status-dependent processing. In addition, the assignment history provides a structured overview of past assignments—including a paging function and automatic updates when switching tabs.

Special attention was paid to cross-device usability: the responsive design ensures optimal display and usability on desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Development follows a Scrum-based approach with a focus on a minimum viable product (MVP). Iterative sprints and regular user feedback ensure that the product is continuously improved and adapted to requirements.
