Your tasks:
As a SQE you are responsible for applying quality management regulations to our software projects, in accordance to ISO 25010 and our QM manual. You will:
- create quality concepts and corresponding goals as well as a quality plan for the whole software product with constant analysis and evaluation of their implementation
- create test plans and test cases for user stories and for the overall workflow of the product
- organize, implement and document various test procedures for black box, white box and performance tests
- improve and optimize all processes continuously to ensure the quality of the software products
Required skills:
- vocational education or training as IT Specialist for application development or university degree in (business) informatics
- profound knowledge of object-oriented programming (C#, PHP or Java)
- experience with relational databases
- knowhow in software quality assurance / software-testing
- knowledge of test methods and tools, especially automated testing
- motivated team player
- highly proficient in written and spoken English
- Preference will be given to candidates that are:
- familiar with software version control tools, like GIT
- familiar with Content Management Systems, like Joomla
- familiar with modern frontend technologies like Node.js/Angular/HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/Ajax/JQuery
