TRIPLE TRIPLE! The BR Volleys defend all national titles once again
It’s done: Berlin Recycling Volleys are German champions for the 15th time!
In front of 8,553 spectators at the Max-Schmeling-Halle, the team from the capital didn’t let anything slip in the third playoff final, winning 3-0 (25-12, 25-23, 25-21) against the first-time finalists from Lüneburg. Captain Ruben Schott and his teammates thus completed their third consecutive national triple, consisting of the League Cup, DVV Cup, and championship. The “triple triple” can now be celebrated, and the BR Volleys have been at the top in Germany for ten years.
