Five kilometers of team spirit – our B2Run 2025

26.09.2025

A company run is basically like a sprint review: everyone is briefly out of breath, but in the end, it’s the result that counts. Four runners from convivo took to the track again this year at the B2Run. Among them was Fabian, our athletic all-rounder. He actually prefers beach volleyball, but when it comes to running, he doesn’t do things by halves. “Above all, I wanted a small team event involving physical activity,” he says – and then goes on to run the five kilometers in 26 minutes.

Johannes was just seconds behind, then Thomas and Tiago crossed the finish line. Not everyone has to push themselves to the limit. Everyone runs at their own pace, and yet they all cross the finish line together. The run into the Olympic Stadium remains particularly unforgettable. “My legs cramped up a little when I walked up the stairs afterwards,” admits Fabian – a small price to pay for the big moment.

And, of course, it’s about more than just times. “You meet up, you chat, you joke around,” says Fabian. There’s often little opportunity for that in the office—many people are working from home and in meetings. But the run brought us together: to laugh, to cheer each other on, to catch our breath together.

Maybe we’ll make it bigger next year—with team shirts, fans in the stands, maybe even more runners. Our retrospective is already clear: it was great. It was teamwork. It was B2Run.
