convivo GmbH takes the coronavirus pandemic very seriously and wants to protect its employees. Since March, we have been working largely from home.

Protection of employees

We want to protect our employees, their families, and our customers, and help slow the spread of the virus.

Our measures for the company

We realized that we were technically very well prepared for this challenge.
As an innovative software agency, we had already established structures for working from home long before the pandemic began in order to offer our employees a good work-life balance. Building on these structures, we were able to establish an effective and comprehensive workflow and communication process from home within a few days.
For the remaining employees and for future easing of restrictions, we have developed a hygiene concept to protect our employees on site.

Our measures for our customers

Of course, communication with our customers was also the focus of our efforts.
In line with our quality standards, this could not be compromised in any way. But here, too, we were able to fall back on functioning processes. In addition to our usual contact media, telephone and email, the occasional use of Internet-based communication tools in particular was greatly expanded.
However, in order to make things as easy as possible for our customers during this transition period, we did not specify a particular tool, but instead adapted flexibly to the customer’s existing circumstances. This allowed us to test the advantages and disadvantages of different communication tools.

Future online-based communication

However, the use of a uniform tool for effective communication is essential, especially internally. We are therefore currently working on standardizing the internal online-based communication process through the joint use of a service. In addition to user-friendliness and dissemination, the aspect of data security is also taken into account.
